About This Project

I love eating burritos and wraps, but buying the plastic packaged wraps is a eco-nightmare.

I stopped buying wraps altogether. I went without. But I really love Mexican nights, so I would buy them again.

Something had to give. A simple flip through a cookbook ( you know those things with recipes before Google)

and a night of trial and error and I made my own wraps! It’s so simple, I should have been doing this for ages!

Here is the recipe:

2 cups flour,
3/4 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1/4 cup cold butter,
1/2 cup of warm water.

Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients

2. add butter until it resembles crumbs

3. add water

4.Separate into little balls

5. Roll out thinly and cook in a pan for 20 seconds on each side.

Easy Peasy!

Mexican Nights are Back Baby!
